Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive in Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Business Development - Customer Support department. The Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior customer support staff

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development - Customer Support department

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
