Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive in Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the Business Development - Customer Support department. The Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Assist in training and mentoring junior customer support staff
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
1+ years of experience in Business Development - Customer Support department
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
