We are looking for Customer Support Executive for our office based out at Mumbai ( Lower Parel ).

Founded in 2008 and having Global e-commerce experience and having worked across multiple categories, IOSPL is exclusively partnering global brands in Beauty, Personal Care and Nutraceuticals category and our own Brand in Organic grocery to distribute and grow them in India through Omnichannel retail
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing prompt and effective assistance to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Your primary objectives will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing accurate information about our products or services, pricing, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through solutions or escalation procedures as necessary.
- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been addressed and their satisfaction has been achieved.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge, communication skills, and customer service techniques.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.
