Job Title: Customer Support Executive Hospitality Process
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Candidates from Kalyan to CST preferred)
About the Role:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a prestigious client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle customer calls with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to hospitality services.
- Provide prompt and effective support, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on open issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 9 months of experience in handling customer calls or customer support.
- Candidates with a hospitality background are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift (primarily day shifts, with at least 5 night shifts per month).
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).
For WFH days:
Must have strong and stable internet connectivity.
- Quiet workspace with no background noise (mandatory).
The company will partially cover internet costs.
Weekly offs are rotational (any two days of the week).
- Should be based in or near Vikhroli (within a reasonable commute).
Additional Information:
- Cab facility: Under consideration (details to be confirmed).
- Shift timings: Rotational, with primary focus on daytime shifts.
- Looking for candidates with maturity, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
