Dedicated Support Executive
to be the voice of the brand and ensure every customer interaction is handled with warmth, clarity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Customer Interaction:
    Engage with users through chat, email, or phone calls with a polite, patient, and solution-focused approach.
  • Empathy-Driven Support:
    Truly understand customer concerns and go the extra mile to ensure they feel heard and supported.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Identify problems, troubleshoot effectively, and provide clear and timely solutions.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the support CRM.
  • Feedback Loop:
    Capture user feedback and share insights with product and operations teams to improve the overall experience.
  • Continuous Learning:
    Stay updated on product features and support best practices; take initiative to grow within the role.
