Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for our Mumbai office. If you're fluent in English and Hindi, and Marathi, have strong communication skills, and a passion for helping customers, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers.
- Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records using Google Sheets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred, but freshers are welcome.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and communication.
Job Details:
- Salary: 17,000 (Take Home)
