Assistant – Customer Support
. The ideal candidate should not only have strong communication and customer service skills but also
prior experience in leading or mentoring a small team
in customer support or service operations. This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving service excellence while guiding junior team members.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in legal collections, including proficiency in handling Section 25, Arbitration, Police Complaints, and managing 90+ collections. The role involves overseeing the entire collections process, spearheading legal actions, and ensuring strict compliance with regulations to optimize recovery rates while minimizing legal risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of customer support executives to deliver high-quality service.
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update systems regularly.
- Oversee follow-ups with customers to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams for escalations and faster solutions.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly customer support reports.
- Share customer feedback with the team to improve service quality.
Requirement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
