Position: E-commerce Support Executive

Department: Information Technology

Location: Head Office (Prabhadevi / Parel )

Job Summary

The E-commerce Support Executive will manage online customer interactions, order processing, and back-end operations to ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform. The role acts as a bridge between customers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to deliver excellent online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone regarding orders, products, and returns.
  • Process and track online orders from placement to delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and descriptions on the e-commerce portal.
  • Monitor website performance and report issues to the technical team.
  • Assist in handling payment gateways, refund requests, and invoice generation.
  • Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Generate and analyses sales and support reports.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations (WooCommerce, Shopify etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. (Language English, Hindi, Gujarati & Marathi)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure during sales peaks.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce.
  • Fresher or 12 years of experience in e-commerce customer support or back-office operations.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred.
