Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, proactive, and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth problem resolution.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer queries and feedback.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and satisfaction levels.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or support ticketing systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Who Can Apply:
- Female candidates with 2–3 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, or call center operations.
- Candidates from BPO, service, or corporate backgrounds will be preferred.
