Area(s) of responsibility- Professional having 8+ Years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner 
- Flexible, adaptable & creative to work in different ways to engage with business stakeholders to elicit and communicate back on requirements 
- Expertise in Financial / Accounting around sales processes (including budgeting and forecasting for sales) 
- Ability to apply different approaches to capture and present back understanding of business requirements (different techniques to capture and present difficult concepts around data & process) 
- Experience in managing business stakeholders remotely across different geographies 
- Experience in driving Sales Lifecycle in a B2B context in Media & Entertainment Industry will be given preference. 
- Support design creation leveraging best practices and reviews with Architects 
- Contribute to developing & reviewing test plans and drive the testing during both QA and UAT. 
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills 
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, flows, process builders, data migration, AppExchange products, etc will be preferred. 
- Experience in Agile project delivery 
- Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin certifications will be added advantage
