Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to drive marketing and sales efforts for our range of industrial tapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tapes and cable industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tapes and cable market.
  • Meet clients (onsite visits required) and engage with key decision-makers to promote our products.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and product presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and report market insights and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in sales or marketing within the
    tapes or cable manufacturing industry
    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend meetings.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Bangalore
    (preferred).
