Key Responsibilities :
* Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and trust.
* Make outbound calls using both primary and secondary lead data.
* Consistently follow up with new and existing leads to drive conversions.
* Deliver high-quality service aligned with No Broker's standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.A., BBA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
* Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills
* Languages:
* Mandatory: English + Hindi or Kannada
* Optional: Tamil or Telugu
* Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Work Commitment
* Minimum 4 hours of talk time per day
* 9-hour shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
* 6 days/week with 1 weekday off
