
Key Accounts and Ecommerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others).
• Create, manage, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) across platforms.
• Track and optimize inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent OOS/overstock scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, supply chain, finance, marketing) for smooth operations and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support in handling account health, performance metrics, and issue resolution with marketplaces.
• Assist in generating sales reports, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational efficiency, and marketplace compliance.
Requirements:
• Experience: 13 years in ecommerce operations / account management, preferably with a D2C or FMCG brand.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Panel or similar platforms.
