Role & responsibilities

What makes the role meaty?

  • Project Governance: Own end-to-end Idea-to-Market (I2M) lifecycle for new product launches,collabs, and pilots.
  • Stage-Gates & Tracking: Drive D2C-adapted stage-gates, monitor milestones, risks, budgets,and ensure speed-to-market.
  • Cross-Functional Hub: Align Marketing, Growth, R&D, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance on launch readiness.
  • Innovation Portfolio: Maintain pipeline health, track pilots, and report on KPIs, ROI, and consumer adoption
  • Process Excellence: Implement agile tools (Jira, Trello, Notion), standardize templates, and refine I2M playbook

We hope that you have..

  • 35 years in PMO / Innovation / NPD / Strategy (preferably D2C, FMCG, or consumer tech startups).
  • Strong grasp of D2C dynamics: consumer validation, digital campaigns, fast launch cycles.
  • Solid project management, risk management & stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience with D2C / digital-first brands / consumer startups is a strong plus
