Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head - CRM, based in Wakad, Pune. The Head - CRM will be responsible for overseeing customer relationship management strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and leveraging data to drive member engagement and satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing CRM strategies, managing the CRM team, analyzing customer feedback, and enhancing customer loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies
- Strong analytical skills for customer data analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools
- Understanding of sports and leisure industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Wakad (PCMC).
