Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive with an ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and providing technical support to clients for electrical and electronic products or solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine technical knowledge with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory or segment.
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote electrical/electronic products or solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and accounts) for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Participate in exhibitions, product demonstrations, and marketing events when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales (freshers with good communication may also apply).
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components, panels, or systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required.
- Possession of a valid driving license (preferred).
Working Conditions:
- Fieldwork and client visits are part of the job.
- May involve travel within the region or assigned territory.
- Regular reporting and coordination with head office or branch office.
