We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and follow up on potential customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and share actionable insights with management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month/ Commission-Based
