Job Summary
An experienced CRM Manager to join our Post Sales team, responsible for managing customer relationships from sales to possession. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate post-sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending a Welcome mail to our Booking clients
- Manage and track customer interactions from sales to possession.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Oversee post-sales processes, including documentation, payment tracking, and possession handover.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Generate reports and analytics on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and process efficiency.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and communication.
- Conduct regular customer feedback surveys and implement improvements.
- Coordinating client legal queries
- Collecting the legal documents
- Preparing a draft for Sale Agreement
- Sharing the same to the client and confirming the draft for final sale agreement
- Coordinating client with the Bankers
- Complete end-to-end process from booking till handover of Flats.
- Lead and train a team of customer relationship executives.
- Ensure team performance meets targets and objectives.
