Role and Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain strong connections with existing and potential clients to represent TruAD effectively.
  • Execute planned client engagement activities and follow up diligently.
  • Provide regular client servicing and utilize internal systems to manage relationships efficiently.
  • Develop and execute retention campaigns to ensure client loyalty.
  • Identify and gauge client issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution by involving the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop innovative campaigns and strategies to promote TruAD effectively.
  • Stay updated on the competitive and market space to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Oversee client interactions and collaborate with key team members to enhance the overall client experience at TruAD.
  • Share industry best practices and relevant information with the team for continuous improvement.
  • Identify potential clients, drive business, and offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Leverage TruAD's past experiences and success stories to generate interest and boost deals.
  • Provide regular MIS updates on client activities and performance, benchmarking against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to keep TruAD at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Candidate Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years in Client Servicing/CRM roles with a Marketing Company or Advertising Agency.
Required Skills:
  • Client Servicing skills – management and problem solution
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising sales strategies and trends
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Data-driven and strategic problem-solving approach with attention to detail
