About the Role
We are looking for an
EDP & CRM Manager
to lead our business systems, customer data, and reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee CRM implementation, automation, and analytics while ensuring data-driven alignment between the sales, operations, and management teams.
This is a cross-functional role that blends
technology, process, and business insight
— ideal for someone who understands how CRM systems can drive organizational efficiency and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Oversee implementation, configuration, and administration of the company's
CRM platform (Salesforce or equivalent)
. - Design workflows, approval rules, and automation processes aligned with business needs.
- Maintain data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across all CRM modules.
- Manage integrations between CRM and other business systems (ERP, accounting, marketing tools, etc.).
- Create dashboards and management reports tracking leads, opportunities, sales funnels, and performance metrics.
Reporting & Business Analytics
- Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for leadership.
- Translate data into actionable insights for business decisions.
- Implement automation in report generation and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau).
Systems & Process Automation
- Manage master data and coordinate with internal teams for process digitization.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of business applications.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes using technology.
Training & Support
- Train and support sales and operations teams in CRM usage and reporting best practices.
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for any CRM- or data-related queries. - Promote data discipline and CRM adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management.
- 3–7 years of experience
managing CRM or business systems (e.g.,
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, or Zoho
). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with
Excel
,
data visualization tools
(Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics), and CRM reporting modules. - Good understanding of
sales processes
