We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EDP Executive to manage and support the organization's enterprise software systems and electronic data processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining software applications, ensuring data accuracy, providing user support and training, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for system updates and improvements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's enterprise software platform and its modules.
  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for software users across departments.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams for updates, bug fixes, and customizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and regular backups within the system.
  • Track software usage, performance, and user activity using Zoho or similar monitoring tools.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on software functionalities and best practices.
  • Monitor overall system performance and prepare reports as required by management.
  • Assist in integrating the enterprise platform with other internal systems (e.g., ERP, LIMS, HRMS).
  • Maintain and update documentation such as SOPs, user manuals, and incident logs.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness as per company and regulatory standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to software usage and data management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in EDP, IT support, or software management roles.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance processes.
  • Exposure to ERP, LIMS, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
