Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit daily CRM entries, including calls, follow-ups, and lead status accuracy.
  • Identify and report leads incorrectly marked as dead, junk, or closed.
  • Audit sales team performance based on CRM activity.
  • Ensure proper lead flow and process adherence across the team.
  • Generate performance reports and highlight improvement areas.
  • Conduct CRM process training sessions for new and existing team members.
  • Coordinate with management to improve CRM utilization and drive better conversions.
  • Maintain data hygiene and transparency across the CRM platform.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with any major Real Estate CRM
  • Strong analytical and audit skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of process compliance.
  • Ability to train and guide a team effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
