Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and queries; route them to the concerned departments.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, visitor logs, and office supplies.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and meeting room coordination.
  • Assist the HR/Admin team with basic administrative tasks.
  • Provide accurate information regarding projects, company details, or direct clients to the right personnel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (Real Estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
