Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international).
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on project updates, MIS reports, and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, client interactions, and business reviews.
- Oversee office administration related to CEO's office to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates from Real Estate background only.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, terminology, and documentation.
Experience Required
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience as an EA / Executive Coordinator / Personal Assistant.
- Female candidates only will be considered for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
