Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives to join Hasiru Farms' sales team in Bengaluru. You will engage prospects by phone, explain our farmland investment opportunities, and convert leads into site visits and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain farmland projects

  • Understand client needs and suggest appropriate land options

  • Share pricing, location, and development details to generate interest

Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers

Maintain follow-up communication to maximize conversion

Log activities and progress using CRM software

Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (any stream)

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)

  • Reside currently in Bengaluru

  • Experience Level 0 to 3 years (Real estate, Managed farmland experience is a plus ) (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage)

  • Self‑motivated, target oriented, and persistent
