About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about land sales, enjoys working in the field, and can drive business growth through strategic selling and customer engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers for farmland properties.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to promote available projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable farmland options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in farmland or real estate sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client interactions and capable of closing deals independently.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
