**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented **Land Surveyors** with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The role involves conducting land surveys, measurements, and site markings to support farmland acquisition, development, and management projects. Proficiency in **Kannada language** is **mandatory** for effective communication with local stakeholders, landowners, and government officials.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct accurate **land surveys, measurements, and boundary demarcations** using survey equipment.
- Perform **land markings and pegging** as per project and legal requirements.
- Collect, analyse, and record survey data for land documentation and mapping.
- Verify land boundaries and assist in preparing survey reports, drawings, and layouts.
- Collaborate with project, legal, and operations teams for land verification and development work.
- Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and villagers in **Kannada** for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, property laws, and project standards.
- Maintain records of surveys, maps, and related documentation.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- **1-3 years of hands-on experience** in land surveying.
- Proficiency in using survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.
- **Experience with land markings and boundary demarcation** is a strong advantage.
- Mandatory fluency in **Kannada** (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Good knowledge of land documentation processes in Karnataka.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel across different sites in Karnataka.

**Employment Type**

Full-time, Field-based

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
