**Job Summary**:
The Surveyor assists the engineering team in collecting and interpreting data related to land, buildings, and construction sites. This position is essential in ensuring accurate measurements and layouts that guide all stages of a construction project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting land and construction site surveys using total stations, GPS, levels, and other equipment.
- Prepare site layout using survey data and project plans.
- Support senior surveyors in setting out construction works as per drawings and specifications.
- Maintain records of survey data, field notes, and reports.
- Help with calculations related to levels, distances, and angles.
- Assist in topographic and boundary surveys when required.
- Monitor ongoing site conditions and adjust survey data accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors during project execution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and surveying principles.
- Familiarity with surveying tools and equipment (e.g., Total Station, Auto level, GPS).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of survey software is a plus.
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and construction sites.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in land or construction surveying (internships or on-site experience a plus).
- Knowledge of local land laws and building regulations is an advantage.

**Career Path**:
Junior Surveyor → Surveyor → Senior Surveyor → Chief Surveyor / Project Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
