**About the Role**

We are seeking proactive and persuasive **Inside Sales Officers Managed Farmlands** to join our growing Managed Farmland Sales team in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Provide detailed project information to generate interest and schedule site visits.
- Maintain lead data in CRM and follow up promptly for conversions.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:12th Pass** (Any stream).
- Good communication skills in English, and Kannada.
- **Experience in Real Estate telecalling/presales preferred**, but freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
