Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound leads for premium villa projects and farmland properties. The role involves lead qualification, client engagement, property pitching, site visit coordination, and supporting closures along with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to understand requirements and qualify prospects.
- Maintain prompt and professional follow-ups across all stages of the funnel.
2. Client Engagement & Property Pitching
- Present property offerings (villas, gated communities, and farmland projects) clearly and convincingly.
- Share project details, pricing, features, amenities, and benefits as per client needs.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers to drive interest.
3. Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales / field team.
- Ensure customers are well-prepared and briefed before the visit.
- Follow up post visit to enhance conversion likelihood.
4. Sales Support & Closures
- Assist sales managers in negotiations and documentation as required.
- Track leads in CRM and provide regular status updates.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximize conversions.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads, site visits, and closures.
- Requirements1–7 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, real estate sales, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand real estate projects and explain them effectively.
- Experience in real estate (villas, plots, farmland) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
