**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound/outbound leads, field visits, and digital channels
- Explain project details, investment benefits, and ROI potential to prospective buyers
- Conduct site visits and property tours at our farmland locations
- Build relationships with clients and guide them through the entire sales process
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Maintain records in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of sales experience (real estate, agri-sales, or investment products preferred)
- Flexible for higher positions depending on the knowledge & experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local language is a must
- Ability to work independently and manage leads proactively
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Passion for sustainability, agriculture, or nature-based living is a plus
