About the Company:
Aldura Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELS AND ACRYLIC LAMINATES. We are expanding our operations across Karnataka and are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to dealers, distributors, and end-users across assigned regions in Karnataka.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits for product promotion, sales generation, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, trade visits, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Travel extensively within assigned territories and undertake outstation tours as required.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Minimum Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Preferably in Marketing or Business Management).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (FMCG, Industrial Products, or similar sectors preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively and undertake outstation tours
- Knowledge of Kannada and basic English and Hindi.
