Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT industry to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in IT companies and a proven track record of bringing in new business, with a particular focus on the US market.
Key Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation:* Proactively identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods, including platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and other similar websites, as well as through cold outreach, networking, and online research.
- *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- *Proposal Development:* Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our software development and IT services.
- *Market Analysis:* Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform our business development strategy.
- *Negotiation and Closing Deals:* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties and successfully closing deals.
- *Team Collaboration:* Collaborate with our development and project management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
- *Remote Work Management:* If working remotely, maintain a strong work ethic and self-discipline to achieve targets and maintain consistent communication with the team.Education/Experience
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of business development, with a focus on the US market preferred.
- Strong understanding of software development, website creation, SaaS, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including remote collaboration.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
