Travel Required: Frequently Level/Salary Range: No bar for right candidate Position Type: Min 3 years experience in working on similar roles Job Description We are looking for Business Development Manager who shall be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and growth. Who will be coordinate with company executives and professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue. Business Development Managers will work closely with other business representatives to identify and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities. They also work directly with customers to help close deals when needed, so they must have good customer service skills and a strong understanding of their company's products and services. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES ● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs ● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients ● Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives ● Market knowledge ● Communication and negotiation skills ● Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels ● Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships ● Liaising with business representatives to develop sales and marketing strategies ● Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences ● Preparing presentations and participating in sales meetings ● Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships ● Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets EF Polymer Private Limited 2 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS ● Master's degree in Agricultural/ business administration, marketing, or any other related field. One must have experience in agribusiness or agribusiness development ● Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role ● Experience in online marketing and digital sales is a plus ● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software PREFERRED SKILLS ● A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Experience in BD techniques ● Great problem-solving skills. ● Ability to pay attention to details. ● Ability to multitask efficiently ● Good business sense. es [Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities.
