Sales Manager – ASMA Residencies Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd
Location: Gurgaon, India
Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or corporate leasing
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ASMA's corporate client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MNCs, embassies, and corporate clients.
- Drive revenue growth through corporate leasing, serviced apartments, and facility management services.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in corporate sales, business development, or leasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹80,000.00 per month
