**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative at [Company Name], you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, smaller company environment where you can make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process**: Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients. Close deals and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
- **Customer Relations**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address their needs and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Insight**: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to help shape sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Track sales activities, report on progress, and forecast sales outcomes to the Sales Manager/Owner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, ideally in a small business or startup environment.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- **Education**: High school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Small team, collaborative atmosphere. Opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities beyond core sales tasks.
- **Travel**: Minimal travel required; primarily local client meetings.

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 2 years (required)
- total work: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
