JOB DESCRIPTION:
Raheja Associates has been in the real estate business for many years and is acknowledged as one of the biggest names in the Industry. We provide our clients with several services in the core areas of buying - selling - renting properties, renting corporate office space in 24 hours, strategic consulting, valuations/appraisals, agency services, asset services, and project management. We are mainly into the Pre-launch projects and are well associated with reputed developers such as L&T Realty, Godrej Properties, TATA Housing, Embassy Group, Brigade Group, RMZ, Park West, and so on. Our guiding principle has been to provide our clients with tactical and strategic solutions that make real estate holdings more productive and economically efficient.
Job Title: Admin Head Roles & Responsibilities:
**Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property. ** Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and market trends.
**Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties. ** Creating lists for real estate sale properties, including location, features, square footage, etc.
**Showing properties to potential buyers and renters. ** Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
**Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. ** Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
**Promoting properties with ads, listings, and campaigns. ** Preparing purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
**Excellent Written and Oral (Voice) communication skills**
**QUALIFICATION: BCOM / BBM / BBA / MBA Remuneration during the Probation period: Rs.15000-18000/pm CTC Post**
**Probation: Rs.3LPA**
**NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 4**
**JOB TYPE: Full-time, Regular**
**WORK LOCATION: Godrej Woodsman Estate, Hebbal, Bangalore-560024**
**PROBATION PERIOD: 3 months from the date of joining.**
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
