**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive retail real estate sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
- Manage and close sales with a strong emphasis on A-grade developers in Bangalore.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend meetings as required.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitive developments.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in retail real estate sales.
- **Location**: Preferably experienced in the Bangalore real estate market, having worked with A-grade developers and possessing a proven track record.
- **Skills**: Strong sales orientation with a target-driven mindset and a high level of integrity.
- **Mobility**: Must be willing to travel and possess a 2-wheeler for daily commutes.

**Offerings**:

- **Incentives**: Target-driven revenue sharing of 10% on direct sales, with a minimum monthly target of ₹5 Lakhs, effective from the 3rd month onwards.
