Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for Real Estate Call Agents. The Real Estate Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about property listings, and guiding customers through the buying process. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The agent will also collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support the overall sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
