About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong knowledge of the
real estate industry
and proven experience in end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding candidates with the right mindset, sales skills, and cultural fit for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit for real estate roles across hierarchy:
BDE → Sales Manager → Portfolio Manager
. - Evaluate candidates' knowledge of
real estate basics
(plots, builders, construction, sales cycle). - Assess and filter candidates based on
communication, pitching, negotiation, and convincing skills
. - Drive
target-based hiring
to meet business requirements within defined timelines. - Ensure
quick onboarding
and smooth transition of candidates into assigned roles. - Build and manage a
T0–T3 team structure
, ensuring progression from entry-level to leadership. - Handle diverse candidate profiles including
BPO cold calling, telecallers, interiors, and sales professionals
. - Collaborate with leadership to define role responsibilities and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience in
real estate, BPO sales, or target-driven domains
. - Strong understanding of
real estate culture in India
and its sales cycle. - Excellent
communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
. - Ability to
filter candidates
based on mindset, skills, and role requirements. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to
close positions within deadlines
. - Experience in
team creation, management, and quick scaling
of workforce. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (preferred).
