Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Agent located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy residential properties and make smart investments. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing personalized consulting, and maintaining updated knowledge of the real estate market. The Agent will build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License
  • Experience in Residential Real Estate and Real Estate
  • Skills in New Home Sales and Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
