Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. The role involves generating leads, researching the market to identify opportunities, negotiating contracts with clients, and liaising between buyers and sellers. The specialist will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate Sales and Residential Real Estate
  • Proficient in Contract Negotiation
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the Proptech industry is a plus
