
Channel Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Channel Sales professional to spearhead our channel partner network and drive real estate sales through brokers, agents, and external sales partners. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through indirect channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (brokers, real estate agents)
· Build and nurture strong relationships to generate consistent qualified leads
· Conduct regular partner meets, product training, and sales activation events
· Monitor partner performance and ensure target achievement through motivation and support
· Coordinate with marketing to provide brochures, and digital campaigns to support channel activities
· Manage site visits for clients generated via channel partners and ensure high conversion rates
· Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with internal sales teams
· Maintain a CRM database of partner interactions, lead status, and deal closures
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize channel sales
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
· 3–6 years of experience in channel sales in real estate (residential/commercial)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Strong knowledge of real estate sales cycles and brokerage networks
· Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Local market knowledge is highly desirable
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., LSQ, Zoho)
· Existing broker network in [East Bangalore]
· Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
Compensation:
Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Based on performance)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
