Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in distributor handling and primary sales would be an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and assess market potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Provide product information and support to distributors and customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular market visits and identify areas for improvement
Note:-Preference will be given to the candidates who have good knowledge about PCMC (Pimpri Chinchwad) Pune area.
