Position: Territory Incharges / Managers
- Location: Pune
- Salary Package: ₹7.5 LPA – ₹8.5 LPA (includes performance bonus of ₹1 lakh) + Incentives + Perks + TA + DA
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's / MBA (any stream)
- Experience: 10–15 years in Sales & Team Management (Preferred industries: IT, Telecom, FMCG, B2B, B2C, or Field Sales leadership)
Job Summary
We are seeking territory leaders to drive sales growth, manage high-performing teams, expand client relationships, and capture business opportunities across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective territory sales strategies.
- Set and track sales goals & KPIs, ensuring consistent performance.
- Identify market trends & high-potential segments to guide team focus.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliver excellent customer service.
