Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Territory Manager at Bajaj Life. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated territory, managing insurance consultants, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, providing training and support, and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Sales strategies development and business growth skills
- Experience in managing a team and providing training and support to achieve sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills for monitoring performance and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Pune
