Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager (Sales) located in Pune. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting business planning efforts. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the designated territory. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Should have 1 to 3 years of Experience in Field Sales
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi, Knowing regional language is a plus.
  • Conduct on-field visits, sales presentations, and product demos to CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams for seamless delivery.
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target.
  • Prior experience in prop-tech, community management, or related industries is an advantage
