Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with retailers, and increasing product visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve brand presence, and drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of local markets, including knowledge of key retailers' needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- 1-5 years of experience in channel sales or retail sales.
