About the Role:

Ashapura Softech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the IT industry, specifically in international business development and Salesforce market or product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our global presence in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets in international markets (US, UK, UAE, Europe, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the Salesforce product and services market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities in the IT & Salesforce domain.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and delivery teams to align client requirements and ensure project success.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes including proposal creation, client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Represent the company at global tech events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT industry.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce solutions, CRM products, or SaaS-based services.
  • Excellent knowledge of international B2B sales processes, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and ability to manage multiple global accounts.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing full sales cycles independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
