Job Description

  • Relationship Building: Engage with promoters and C-suite stakeholders in hospitals.
  • Market Development: Establish and grow the presence of company's technology in Eastern India.
  • Sales Strategy: Manage complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance, logistics, and internal teams.
  • Clinical Engagement: Conduct informed discussions with clinicians.

The Successful Applicant
Experience
:

  • 5-12 years of experience in high value capital equipment sales
  • Candidates from CRDP/IDP programs or CLDP are a plus.

Skills
:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle C-suite interactions and complex negotiations.
  • Growth-oriented; comfortable in an IC role
