Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across Hotel
  • Coordinate with internal teams, staff members, vendors, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
  • Manage staff performance, attendance, task allocation, and team coordination.
  • Maintain operational standards, improve productivity, and implement process improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support clients professionally.
  • Prepare daily reports, MIS, and operational updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Manage office administration activities and support top management in decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management Hospitality preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to maintain discipline, team performance, and operational quality.
